Among 37&amp;nbsp;&lt;i&gt;H. pylori-positive&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;gastric biopsies and 33 viable PCR products,&amp;nbsp;&lt;i&gt;ureAB&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;i&gt;ureCD&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;genes were selected for PCR-RFLP using&amp;nbsp;&lt;i&gt;HaeIII&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;i&gt;NdeII,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;respectively. The resultant gel electrophoresis banding patterns were analyzed with visual evaluation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
